A new version of Xfce, my favourite DE for *nixes has been released. Say hello to Xfce 4.2.3.1.

Slackware has Xfce packages available, but I prefer to use the Xfce graphical installer because I can enable the xcomposite extension. Slackware packages doesn’t seem to have this enabled (with good reasons; it avoids unnecessary complications since xcomposite works reliably only with NVidia graphics cards at present) and other optimisations easily.
