Did you know that sweat, for most parts, is pee? Thanks to Daily Muscle for enlightening me on this. You learn something new every day.
So the next time you decide to loaf off on the sofa after a workout, please, take a shower first. You’re practically dripping pee all over the furniture!

lol Don’t worry about it too much.
First of all, sweat is the ONLY human liquid which you CANNOT catch anythin from.
Second, the Urea concentrations in sweat is so minimal it isn’t funny.
As per this article
You also have to understand that Uric acid is in the body to begin with and is needed for normal daily activities. [Same as Creatine and other stuff]. IN order to sweat uric acid, it also helps if your kidneys are failing. Are your kidneys failing? Are mine? Then highly unlikely that there will be any substantial amounts of Urea in either of our sweat. [Unless you answered YES to the question].
But, Urine also can contain a lot of other nasty things from which you can catch stuff. It also contains a lot of poisons the body is getting rid of, where as sweat is mainly water and salts.
I think the ‘Daily Muscle’ writer was exagerating in order to convince people to wipe down their gym equipment.
It’s funny to read the article when you know the facts.

Well, i just read this artical, because my grandma didn’t beleive me about this. i learned about this topic in science class. And i wanted to see if it was true or not. So when i read this i thought it was discusting, Some people are over this subject. We have to sweat and pee so we better get used to it.
