I did try Googling about the exact same thing you mentioned before posting this. After being assured that it&#039;s probably just a figment of my imagination, I continued to post.

But anyway, can the Tolkien estate block such a move (using a Tolkien themed logo)? Surely, they do need to consider whether it&#039;s a blatant copyright theft or merely celebrating a literary genius.</description>
