In fact, InterNIC has <a href="http://www.internic.net/problem_reports/p12.html" rel="nofollow">a page about it</a> too. I got your full contact details for both domains using Domain Tools; so obviously you do own them :)

I'm pretty sure I've seen my name listed as the owner before and to top it off, I received a letter telling me that I could get my domains for cheaper if I register with another company [which is a bit of a scam, as the cost was something astronomical like $230 a year! OUCH! Domains don't cost that much], but for the scammer to send the letter to me, I must own my domain.
