Is dual-core computing now ready for the masses? Well, an introduction of the new Athlon 64 X2 by AMD, will give Intel some competition in this market. Especially since their Pentium D processor has been hogging all the limelight for the past few weeks.
Some web sites have already started comparing the two processors, in terms of performance and pricing. Me? I’m just glad that the processor industry is competitively healthy
