		<description>If you know of the marketing manager or director owning a Malaysia based real estate agency, get them to work with Simpleet and we&#039;ll pull out something like this for them.

Plus, it&#039;ll be affordable but not cheap like RM500 per website crap.

p/s: I don&#039;t really like their text being overlapping the river image. Keep on missing it whenever I&#039;m on their website.</description>
