		<description>If you know of the marketing manager or director owning a Malaysia based real estate agency, get them to work with Simpleet and we'll pull out something like this for them.

Plus, it'll be affordable but not cheap like RM500 per website crap.

p/s: I don't really like their text being overlapping the river image. Keep on missing it whenever I'm on their website.</description>
