It’s Christmas eve and I’m writing this from the office. There aren’t a lot of people around. I’m pretty sure that only 30% of the overall workforce in my office reported for duty today.
Anyway, working in such times can be quite relaxing. I get to concentrate better on things that need to be done. It can be somewhat boring as well considering that only one colleague in my department is here to chat with.
There’s even an entire department that’s on leave today. Looking into the office, I can’t help but notice the resemblance of the empty workstations to bar stools in an empty bar.
