		<description>Likewise I have not had need for interviews for many years now, but back in the day one of the tools that I also used was  preparing my own questions to ask the interviewer. Psychologically it made me feel that we were on equal footing. From the potential employers standpoint, they were impressed that I was making every effort to clarify the roles and to be sure that we were suitable for each other.
Thanks for the list, the questions are great for my role as a Professional Coach.</description>
