I'm very happy that at least one person sees the importance of maintaining a healthier PPS :) Rob Moshe, You're spot on. But remember that garbage contains lots of cans and other recyclable materials. One can may not give you much money at the recycling centre... but a tonne of cans? Kay, Such programs have existed for years; most are chargeable.
