Initially in the first month I used Matrix Opti care Shampoo and Conditioner but I felt I had heavy hair fall so switched to Loreal Liss Ultime Shampoo and Masque. No doubt my hair looked more beautiful and shiny, but on the other side the amount of hair fall I experienced in the past two months, I never had it in my 28 yrs of life. I almost lost 1/4th of hairs. Whenever I wash my hair or oil it I lose on an average 200-250 strands of hair and on the other days approx 100 strands. Can anyone pls suggest me what to do.

Comment on Do Not Use Hong Leong Credit Cards! by hishamdn http://www.heritage-tech.net/418/do-not-use-hong-leong-credit-cards/#comment-165358 Fri, 24 Aug 2012 04:34:38 +0000 http://www.heritage-tech.net/418/do-not-use-hong-leong-credit-cards/#comment-165358 here’s what happend to me with hong leong. i signed up for a balance transfer with them. later, when i received my monthly credit card statement, i was shocked that another credit card number was added to my existing credit card. i disputed the number coz i only had one card. instead of telling me the number was for the balance transfer account, they insisted that i had two cards according to their system. i stubbornly avoided paying for the outstanding in the credit card account. five years later, some collection agent called demanding me to pay for the amount which i insisted i don’t have, she argued that i did becoz it showed (in the system). eventually, when they took the case to the court, even their legal rep didn’t know that the second credit card account was that of a balance transfer. he suggested i clarify the matter with hlb collection dept in pj which i did. it was then confirmed that there was no second credit card but for the balance transfer. but that time, the amount of rm1500 had inflated to more than 4k.

if only, they had the decency to explain to customers that the balance transfer would appear in the statement as another credit card, all could have been avoided. the sad case, its always the customer’s fault for not double checking.

Comment on Malaysian Budget Hosting Faceoff: Exabytes vs Shinjiru by Morris Little http://www.heritage-tech.net/1170/malaysian-budget-hosting-faceoff-exabytes-vs-shinjiru/#comment-158577 Wed, 18 Jul 2012 08:17:11 +0000 http://www.heritage-tech.net/?p=1170#comment-158577 Exabytes should not only reduce the price drastically to catch up with Shinjiru but they would also have to increase their uptime and especially their customer support which by all means is earning them a bad name. Their servers are always down and the support staff sleeps at night time. Comparing it with Shinjiru, they too have many problems but at least their support staff is available all day and night eve on public holidays.

I’m very worried about my recently rebonded (sorry not sure if this is the past tense of rebond)hair! It’s been 10 days since my I rebond my hair and for these past few days my hair has not been straight at all compared to when I had my hair rebounded! It has become fly away and the ends points of my hair are all over in different directions. My understanding was that if i got a hair rebonding it will be straight (although it did change my hair for the better than before, it use to be very thick, a lot of volume, poofy, it DID become straight but with fly away hair at the end it worries me because I really need to comb my hair until it dries up to make it straight, the ends of my hair always become fly away! Any help please! I’m not sure if this is common after rebonding! Also could I straighten my hair w/ a iron hair straightener to make it better or will it make my hair turn for the worse! Thank you very much! 🙂

For instance if you have a DMCA report, then your site would be taken down and then you would have to correspond with them, bla bla. But Shinjiru tries to resolve such issues by directly negotiating with their customers and in most of the cases, the issue gets settled down. Plus they value their customers very much, that I have felt intensely. But exabytes….!!!

They are a credit to your company. It has been my pleasure to keep on subscribing to their hosting services for all my customer’s sites.
For the most part, the recommendation has been based on the service that they have provided. Add that to the company’s other outstanding features, and it’s easy to recommend Shijniru first.
