Google PageRank Updated Again

Wow… somebody sure is taking this paid links jihad very seriously. Google has again reduced the PageRank values of various sites. The main suspected reason for this seems to lean heavily on selling Text-Link-Ads. Mind you this is just a theory at the moment… Google is taking the approach of keeping quiet for now.

What Happened To My AdSense Custom Channels?

I’ve noticed that since 23 October 2007, I didn’t have the stats for my AdSense custom channels. At first I suspected that I must have deleted these channels accidentally. It must be my fault because Google couldn’t possibly mess this up being a God and all.

But now, more than 24 hours later, I’m pretty sure all my channels are accounted for and I have not made any adjustments to my web files. It also seems that I’m not the only one with this problem.

What about you? Are your custom channels data showing up right?

Gmail Upped Their Storage Size To Almost 3.5GB

Gmail now provide users with almost 3.5GB storage. Check out this screenshot:

It seems like it was just yesterday that it hit 2.5GB. I don’t know when exactly this happened but I’m not complaining… keep it coming el-Goog :)

Back in the 90s, the home page concept was all the rage. Yahoo! built an entire business model around the home page concept and they’re still doing it to this very day. Nevertheless, in this Web 2.0 age, is the home page model dead or has it merely evolved?
