HTNet Reaches 100 RSS Subscribers

Today is a very historical day for HTNet. We have reached a RSS readership of over 100 (101 to be exact) at the time I’m posting this. And of course, I only have you to thank for reaching this milestone. Without you, loyal readers of HTNet, I would probably have given up blogging, even writing in general.

Now if only I had a few hundred bucks for every feed subscriber HTNet has; I can probably go on a trip to Las Vegas with my family :)

Better still, probably I should run some sort of contest to celebrate this occasion. I don’t have much to offer but I think I can allocate around USD $20 for a “prize”. Don’t scoff at the figure, it can easily get you a domain for two years ;)

If I were to run this contest, would you participate?

And yeah, don’t forget to subscribe to my feed. Let’s see if we can get the figure to go above 150 by the end of the year ;)

In KL For “Raya Holidays”

I’m in KL and will be here until Sunday.

During this time, I will have very limited internet access and would spend most of my time offline.

If any of you KL-based friends of mine would like to meet up just give me a call. If you don’t already have my number, be nice to big Papa J and he might probably give it to you :)

New Tagline For HTNet

This has to be the most accurate description of HTNet ever; “A Notepad of Tech, Business, Science and Self Improvement”. Why? Because I usually write about those things and HTNet is my online notepad of sorts.

I was pretty much sick and tired of the old tagline “Your Source of Prescription Tech Medication” because I don’t only write tech stuff, and I doubt anyone thinks I can prescribe those either!

I can’t believe it took me this long to find a more suitable tagline for HTNet, especially when I first thought of changing it in April this year. Well, at least it’s a done deal now.
