I usually sleep at about 2 to 3 am and wake up at around 7 am. This effectively means that I sleep roughly 4 to 5 hours daily. I occasionally take the odd “power nap” during my lunch time. This takes around 20 to 40 minutes.
I find these power naps to be very energizing. In fact, I wake up feeling fresher and excited to take on more challenges for the day!
